We’re always looking for experienced, RSA-certified bartenders and bar backs to join our event crew. You’ll be serving drinks, managing your section, and helping keep the bar running cleanly and efficiently throughout the event.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RSA certificate (mandatory)

• Experience behind a bar at events or licensed venues

• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude

• Flexibility to work a range of event types and hours

Not every role is behind the bar. We also place staff in general event operations, guest services, promotions, and support roles. If you’re reliable, presentable, and thrive in a fast-paced live event environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Event or hospitality experience preferred but not required for all roles

We recruit experienced bar supervisors and managers for events where we need senior leadership on the floor. You’ll be responsible for managing a team, liaising with the client, maintaining compliance throughout the event, and ensuring the bar operates to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years bar or hospitality management experience

• Current RSA certificate (mandatory)

• Proven experience managing staff in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with stock management, reporting, and end-of-event reconciliation
